  1. WiFi - There is a common wi-fi setup, that is used by everyone - delegates and partners. You will be notified on arrival
  2. Table – Depending on your sponsorship package the size of your table will be as follows:

    • Headline Sponsor 1 Bistro table, 4 white hydraulic bar stools
    • Platinum Sponsor 1 Bistro table, 4 white hydraulic bar stools
    • Gold Sponsor 1 Information desk, 2 white folding chairs
    • Silver Sponsor 1 Information desk, 2 white folding chairs

  5. TV Screen for rolling display – There is a range of options available. Please see our media pack for details and pricing. Please ensure to advice of this no later than THREE weeks prior to event date.
  6. What other options are there? – All exhibitors are offered a complimentary table along with chairs and table cloth. For details on any specialist or custom furniture requirement, we will be soon providing you with KLCC preferred suppliers.

  8. Are there any restrictions to what we can bring? There are no restrictions if they fit within the stand space and do not cause any health and safety issues on site.
  9. Can I see examples of stands at previous events? We offer pre-installed stands. Please refer to our media pack, between pages 15 to 18 for more information. Sponsors can choose to opt out of the bespoke stands however, we strongly recommend to consider them to maintain uniformity and consistency.

No, we will get you registered providing you let us know whether you definitely plan to attend the dinner and whether you have any special dietary requirements.
