    Control Change as it happens

Drawing Changes present a major challenge to every project: drawings get updated and issued during the construction phase with little or no review process, little visibility into the content, and often not even under instruction.

ShapeDo's Drawing Comparison Solution arranges drawings and provides clear and accurate comparisons between versions. This enables pinpointed, nuanced, and fast internalizing of updates, and thus control of project scope and timelines.

Control Change with the ability to instantly create, circulate, and track documents that are directly connected to the root cause of change. Document and workflows such as Early Warnings, Compensation Events, Instructions, RFIs, Change Orders, and others come pre-configured and can be customized to match your formats and workflows.

Get Payed for all the work you performed with a clear audit trail, superior information and visibility into scope and timeline changes, and compelling evidence regarding the cause of delays and additional costs in potentially contentious situations.

  • Thames Tideway

Thames Tideway was launched in August 2015, with one task: delivering a new tunnel to protect the tidal River Thames from the tens of millions of tonnes of sewage pollution discharged into it every year.

The Thames Tideway Tunnel is one of the largest construction projects of its type in Europe. Main construction work on the tunnel, starting in 2016, will take up to seven years to complete.

Tideway is building the tunnel to tackle the problem of overflows from the capital's Victorian sewers for at least the next 100 years, and enable the UK to meet European environmental standards. But it’s not just an engineering project, it’s about building a London that meets the needs of generations to come.

More importantly, a key objective is to reconnect London with its river.

  • Trigo White Ltd

Trigo White Ltd was established in 2011 as a small consultancy offering expert services and software.

Our aim is to enable organisations to gain from practical, collaborative, transparent, and defendable risk management. Our principal consultant, Simon White, has 20 years’ expertise in project schedule and cost risk analysis and management. We use White Box risk management which is clear, practical and adds value to the projects that use it.

We provide a project risk analysis and management service, which enables project teams to fairly quickly carry out a practical and credible quantitative risk assessment. The risk assessment helps teams to understand the risks the project faces, and to quantify them (to a reasonable degree). It helps projects make reasonable promises to stakeholders and customers, as well as prioritises the risks for mitigation, monitoring and management. It also fulfils the function of a formal schedule and cost risk assessment and analysis, which many projects require as part of their overall management discipline.

By helping risk and uncertainty to be understood, risk analysis and management increases efficiency and profitability, allowing projects and their limited resources to be given the best chance of fulfilling their expectations – and is increasingly valuable in a difficult economic climate.
