The Qatar Section received Gold awards in 2016, 2017, 2018 and again in 2019. He is a frequent author and presenter having presented papers at AACE Annual Meetings and other professional institutions across worldwide. Later, in addition to the planning and scheduling; Haya had started working in contracts, claims and delay analysis since 2003; after which she worked as a scheduling and claims consultant in an impressive number of local and international projects ranging from five-star hotels to commercial complexes; power plants; water/wastewater, roads and special military projects; and shopping centers in Jordan, the UAE and KSA, totaling over 170 different projects at an estimated value of USD 4.5 billion with.

Haya was part time instructor at University of Jordan, and a trainer at the Jordanian Engineers Association, and she is currently the Reginal Director of AACE Region 7.
