This is a major enhancement to Melbourne's rail network. integrating with the existing system, they worked towards the common goal of a single cloud database in which all stakeholders had instant access to project documentation. A Digital Command Centre was created by bringing together a multitude of datasets across projects and creating a range of interactive dashboards. |

The Rosalind Franklin Laboratory is a permanent facility, it took 9 months instead of a typical 2.5 years to build and it can process 300,000 samples a day. Using lessons learnt from the temporary Nightingale Hospital build in 2020, we have an example of how a high-pressured programme was delivered on time to meet a growing national crisis.As part of British Science Week, it has already delivered community outreach activities and is developing a full engagement programme to inspire the next generation of scientists. |

The ARCC and the United Kingdom Delivery Team partnership is creating 74 schools, 16 hospitals, and climate resilience works on 16 rivers in Peru. Through a knowledge transfer framework which creates transparency across the board, UKDT is empowering Peruvians and transforming the way major programmes are controlled and delivered.When complete, an ecosystem will have been created with the skills and capabilities to efficiently deliver similar capital programmes to world-class standards. |
