Khader Issa Abu Ghannam is the Director of the Tendering & Projects Control Department at the Department of Culture and Tourism, Abu Dhabi, with over 29 years of extensive experience in the construction industry across the Middle East. Since joining DCT in 2017, Khader has been instrumental in establishing and structuring the TPC Department, which encompasses Tendering, Project Controls, Contracts Administration, and Cost Estimation.
With a deep understanding of the cultural and regional dynamics that shape project delivery in the Middle East, Khader brings visionary leadership, strategic thinking, and advanced project management expertise to the table. His innovative approach ensures that DCT’s capital projects—valued at AED 26 billion and ranging from museums, mega projects, and archaeological sites to conservation and quick-win initiatives—are effectively planned, budgeted, procured, monitored, and controlled.
