50 Complimentary Delegate Tickets – Terms & Conditions
1. Offer Overview
Project Controls Expo (“PCE”) is pleased to offer eligible organisations up to 50 complimentary delegate tickets as part of a promotional initiative designed to encourage wider participation across project teams and support industry collaboration.
The offer is available on a strictly first come, first served basis, is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
2. Eligibility
The complimentary ticket allocation is available only to organisations that have received the offer directly from PCE or through an authorised PCE representative.
The offer is intended for genuine end-user organisations, asset owners, government bodies (state and central/fed) organisations operating within the project controls and wider capital projects sector.
PCE reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
3. Ticket Allocation
Each eligible organisation may claim up to 50 complimentary delegate tickets, unless otherwise agreed by PCE in writing.
The allocation is intended solely for employees or representatives of the registered organisation and may not be transferred, sold, auctioned or distributed to third parties without the prior written consent of PCE.
The complimentary allocation has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for any other product or service.
4. Registration
Each delegate must complete the official registration process individually using the registration link or promotional code provided by PCE.
Delegates may be required to provide:
- Full name
- Job title
- Organisation
- Business email address
- Business telephone number
- Any additional information reasonably requested by PCE
PCE reserves the right to reject incomplete or inaccurate registrations.
5. Availability
The offer is strictly limited and will end when:
- all complimentary allocations have been exhausted;
- the published closing date has been reached; or
- PCE withdraws the promotion,
whichever occurs first.
Receipt of an invitation or promotional code does not guarantee ticket availability.
6. Organisation Attendance Requirement
The complimentary ticket allocation is intended to encourage broader participation from organisations while maintaining the quality and value of the event.
Organisations are expected to nominate delegates who have a genuine intention of attending and participating in the event.
PCE reserves the right to reduce, refuse or withdraw all or part of the complimentary allocation where it reasonably believes that:
- registrations significantly exceed genuine attendance requirements;
- duplicate or speculative registrations have been made;
- registrations are made solely to reserve places;
- delegates are unlikely to attend; or
- the promotion is otherwise being misused.
PCE’s decision in such cases shall be final.
7. Ticket Entitlements
Unless expressly stated otherwise, complimentary delegate tickets include access ONLY to the event (Expo - both days) specified during registration.
Complimentary tickets do not include:
- Paid workshops or masterclasses

- Yacht dinners, golf events or other premium networking activities
- Awards/Gala dinners
- Accommodation
- Flights or other travel expenses

8. Delegate Substitutions
Registered delegates may be substituted prior to the published substitution deadline.
Requests must be submitted in writing to the PCE team.
PCE reserves the right to refuse substitutions after the deadline.
9. Attendance Commitment
Complimentary tickets represent a significant investment by PCE and its partners.
Organisations are encouraged to register only delegates who have a genuine intention of attending.
Where an organisation repeatedly registers delegates who fail to attend without prior notification, PCE reserves the right to:
- decline future complimentary ticket requests;
- reduce future allocations; or
- require future registrations to be made on a paid basis.
10. Promotional Codes
Where promotional codes are issued:
- they are intended solely for the invited organisation;
- they must not be published publicly or shared externally;
- they may not be used for commercial gain; and
- misuse may result in cancellation of registrations without notice.
11. Delegate Cancellations
If a registered delegate can no longer attend, the organisation should notify PCE as early as possible to allow another delegate to benefit from the available place.
12. Event Changes
PCE reserves the right to:
- amend the programme;
- substitute speakers;
- modify session formats;
- alter venues;
- change event timings;
- postpone or cancel the event where circumstances require.
No compensation shall be payable in relation to complimentary registrations.
13. Misuse of the Promotion
PCE reserves the right to cancel registrations or withdraw complimentary ticket allocations where it reasonably believes that:
- false or misleading information has been provided;
- registrations are not genuine;
- tickets have been transferred or resold without permission;
- promotional codes have been misused;
- the offer has been exploited contrary to its intended purpose; or
- any delegate behaves in a manner that may adversely affect the event or other attendees.
14. Marketing Communications
By registering, delegates agree to receive communications relating to their event registration, including operational updates.
Delegates may opt out of marketing communications at any time in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
15. Photography and Recording
Photography, filming and audio recording may take place during the event.
By attending, delegates consent to the use of their image, voice or likeness in future promotional, marketing and editorial materials produced by PCE unless they notify PCE in writing before the event.

Personal information collected during registration will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and PCE’s Privacy Policy.
Information will be used solely for event administration and related communications unless additional consent has been provided.
17. Force Majeure
PCE shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, strikes, civil unrest or venue closures.
18. Amendments
PCE reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The latest published version shall apply.
