Antonino (Nino) Letteriello, Head of Department/ Deputy Director at TFL (Transport for London)
Nino Letteriello joined the TfL Games team in 2007 leading the development and delivery of the integrated TfL-wide plan covering infrastructure, operations and resourcing and ensuring critical interfaces with London 2012 Games Operations and Security were adequately monitored and emerging issues resolved. He set up and managed the TfL Games PMO leading a multi-disciplinary team comprising operational experts, transport planners, finance and project managers. Nino also led on assurance and governance activities for TfL, which represented on the Transport Assurance Board and Games Transport Board (chaired by TfL Commissioner and comprising leaders from across the transport and security sector (both government and commercial operators).
Andrew Hill, Managing Director, Logikal UK
Andrew is the Managing Director of LogiKal Projects UK; having held a number of CFO roles Andrew became involved in the world of major projects when he was appointed as Director of Finance and Programme Controls for the Heathrow Terminal 5 Programme. He played a major role in achieving integration of management through strong, client led processes and systems. Dr David Hillson is The Risk Doctor, and Director of Risk Doctor & Partner. He is recognised internationally as a leading thinker and expert practitioner in risk management. He writes and speaks widely on the topic, with eight books and many papers. David received the PMI Fellow Award and the PMI Distinguished Contribution Award from the Project Management Institute (PMI®), both for his work in developing risk management over many years. He is currently a leader of the PMI Risk Community of Practice, and has been a core author for the PMI Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBoK® Guide) and the PMI Practice Standard for Project Risk Management. David is also an Honorary Fellow of the UK Association for Project Management (APM), and was Chairman of its Risk SIG and a core author of the APM Project Risk Analysis & Management (PRAM) Guide. David Birch, Head of Project Controls, National Grid
David Birch has 35 years experience in the delivery of high profile UK and international project portfolios for world leading engineering contractors. He had responsibility for the CLM Programme Controls group within the CLM Joint Venture delivering the London 2012 Olympic Games programme on behalf of the UK Olympic Delivery Authority (ODA). Mr Birch’s priorities are to ensure that the London 2012 programme is delivered to or ahead of schedule and within the funding levels and budgets established by the ODA. Since joining CH2MHill in 2008 Mr Birch has served as CLM Head of Programme Controls for from December 2008 to today and was CLM Deputy Programme Controls Manager from May to December 2008.
Prior to joining CH2MHill, Mr Birch was UK Operations Manager for URS/Washington Group Energy and Environmental Group executing projects and programmes within UK Nuclear decommissioning and clean-up.
