TERMS OF SALE

The following terms of sale are applied to www.projectcontrolexpo.com/uk/merchandise website page and are between you and Project Controls Expo UK (PCE UK)
Please note, we can change these terms of sale at any time without previous warning. We advise you to check them before placing any order.
Please note that these terms of sale will not affect your statutory rights.
If you have any queries relating to our terms of sale, please contact us before placing an order. 

By placing an order with us, you are agreeing and accepting our terms of sale as well as to provide PCE UK with all details requested by us as:

  • Email address which can be used as means of communication between us.
  • Providing PCE UK with true, accurate and current details.
  • Please be aware that PCE UK reserves the right to end the agreement with you immediately without notice in the case that:
    • you violate any of the PCE UK Terms of Sale
    • you provide false personal details, invalid credit card details or you fail to make the payment.
    • when requested by us to do so, you fail to provide within a reasonable time frame, enough information to let us to check the accuracy and validity of any information supplied by you, or your identity.
    • you were involved or we suspect you are about to be involved in any illegal or fraudulent activity on www.projectcontrolexpo.com/uk/merchandise 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES IF YOU BREAK THESE TERMS

You agree that if you break these Terms, or any liabilities are incurred arising out of your use of this website, you will be responsible for the costs and expenses that we incur as a result of the breach, including reasonable legal fees (if applicable).  

PLACING AN ORDER

  • All prices include VAT and postage to UK addresses (only)
  • When placing an order, you guarantee that you have provided us with accurate and complete information.
  • After you fill in the interest form, an email will be sent to the email address given in the form, confirming product availability. The contract between you and PCE UK will start after PCE UK accepts and acknowledges your order.
  • You are responsible for checking and confirming that all the details on the email are correct and that you would contact us as soon as possible if you find that any of the details are incorrect.
  • The official product price is listed on www.projectcontrolexpo.com/uk/merchandise and correct at the time of entering the information, however, we reserve the right to change prices of our product at any time.
  • If for any reason your order is not accepted, an email will be sent, stating the reasons why.
  • Discounted promocodes for the Project Controls Expo events are not valid for use with these products.

DELIVERY

  • PCE UK can only arrange for deliveries within the UK.
  • The items will be sent by UK standard delivery to the address provided by you in your order.
  • Once payment has been cleared, we will then proceed to post your items. We estimate for you to receive your items within 10 working days.

PAYMENT

  • After you fill in the interest form, an email will be sent to the email address given confirming the availability of the item, alongside an invoice for payment or a payment link via PayPal.
  • The payment is required to have cleared prior to the order being despatched.
  • The goods will be posted standard delivery allowing 10 working days for this process to take place.

CANCELLING AN ORDER/RETURNS PROCEDURE

Cancellation of orders are not allowed. Changes to your order will only be accepted if:

  • There is an error on our side including if the goods are defective
  • Should you wish to change the size of your item

In both of the above cases, you must inform us within 24 hours after receipt of order along with evidence as required/applicable for the replacement. The cost of any returned items must be covered by you except where the wrong item has been sent to you or the item is defective.

PRIVACY

LIABILITY

  • We have taken every measure to:
    • provide accurate product image for each product for sale on the site. However, due to a number of different factors such as Internet browsers, monitor colour contrasts etc, we cannot be held responsible or liable for any differences in colour between the image and the actual product.
    • avoid any type of internet fraud and guarantee that all the data shared by you on our website is safely and securely stored. However, we cannot be held responsible or liable for an unlikely data breach from the PCE UK secure computer servers.
  • We cannot be held responsible or liable for any products delivery delay, cause by any event outside PCE UK control, as acts of God, war, flood, fire, labour disputes, strikes, lockouts, riots, civil commotion, malicious damage, explosion, governmental actions and any other similar events.
  • To the extent permissible under applicable law, PCE UK disclaims any and all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, in relation to the Products. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer

LAW 

The Terms of Sale shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
