Project Controls Expo – Delegate Information Pack

Thank you for registering to attend Project Controls Expo 2018. On behalf of the Expo Committee, we look forward to seeing you at the largest international Project Controls event this year.

Please find below the final information that you will need to read prior to your arrival at Project Controls Expo 2018

Tuesday 13th November: Awards ceremony and dinner*
Wednesday 14th November: EXPO Event

Expo: Please use Highbury entrance (Exhibitors, sponsors and speakers) / Woolwich entrance (all delegates and guests)

Getting to Emirates Stadium is simple, London's comprehensive public transport system will take you within a few minutes walk of the ground where clearly located pedestrian signs will help you find your way on-street.

Highbury entrance (exhibitors, sponsors and speakers): Upon reaching the Emirates Stadium (via options listed below), please head towards the West entrance of the stadium which faces Hornsey Road. Upon reaching the west entrance, you will need to go up a set of steps that will lead you to the Highbury entrance. At the ground floor of Highbury, there is small reception desk with the main desk on Level 1. There are stairs and escalators to access Level 1.

Woolwich entrance (all delegates and guests) Please use East side entrance (closest train station - Arsenal).

Arsenal (on Picadilly line)

Holloway Road (on Picadilly line)**
**recommended as closest to the West stand. Turn right out of station and then immediately left at signal crossing, you will then see "Arsenal Football Club" sign posting which is at Hornsey Rd - keep walking on Hornsey Rd for about 100 yards and Arsenal stadiuim's west entrance will be just in front of you (up a set of stairs leading to the reception area for the EXPO at Highbury Suite)

Finsbury Park (on Victoria and Picadilly lines)

Highbury & Islington (Victoria & North London lines as well as overground rail)

Buses are fast and convenient with connections passing the ground on all sides. Main bus stops are located on Holloway Road, Nag's Head, Seven Sisters Road, Blackstock Road and Highbury Corner. Direct, high frequency services from much of north and central London travel within five minutes of walk to the ground.

For our international visitors, nearest airport is London Heathrow which is well connected via extensive rail connections from Paddington (16 mins by train from Heathrow).

Your name badge will be printed for you upon arrival by scanning your unique QR code located in the app***. You will need to scan the QR code at the registration desk which is located on the ground floor of the Highbury Suite from 0800hrs.

Visit our webpage for full agenda details. Upon arrival on the day, you will also receive a copy of our event brochure that will contain the agenda and detailed exhibition information. We strongly recommend studying the theme of the event to get advanced knowledge of the session and to decide if you are the right audience. You can ask a question to a speaker in advance, using the Expo app.

All authorised slides will be published on the event app and the Expo website. Please note that not all the presentations will be available due to copyright restrictions.

Please note we will not be having a dinner after the EXPO this year. Instead, we are hosting our first Project Controls Awards ceremony and networking dinner on Tuesday 13th November (on a pre-booked basis only).

If you have already registerred to attend this element of the event, you would have recevied a separate e-mail with detalis of the specific joining instructions for this. You can also visit our website for the full joining instructions for the dinner element.

Your event pass includes breakfast, all refreshments, lunch and the evening social.

Cloakroom facilities are located at level 1 (Crest Room). Our reception staff will be happy to signpost. Please note this will not be manned and all items are left at your own risk.

Participate in survey and polls allowing to voice their opinion.

Receive notifications to ensure they don't miss out the specific sessions.

Create personalised schedule to allow them to plan day in advance

Social media interface to share images, updates and news with their network instantly.

To install the app, search for Project Controls Expo in your Appstore or click on the link provided in your registration confirmation email. The login for the email is the email you have used to register for the event and password is sent to your phone and as well as it can be seen in registration email confirmation. You can also reset your password within the app or send your request to Preetul (Preetul@ProjectControlExpo.com) for support.
