Expo offers “Complimentary Access” to a wide range of organisations and they are categorised as following.

Government Bodies (Federal/National, State, County/local governing bodies such as councils) - Staff working for government organisations can attend the event for free by using their work email. Please contact us if your email extension is not picked up by system and we will be happy to support. Please note the max 25 free tickets are offered to every govt bodies with additional 25 tickets issued at 50% discount. This feature is not applicable after 15th November 2019.

Professional Bodies – Expo is supported by PMI (Melbourne Chapter), AACE, EA, ICEC, AIPM, AIQS and ACES. Supporting us as a professional body you will receive treatment as a silver sponsor (Note: exceptions apply and to be agreed in advance). To see silver sponsor details see page 5 of our Media Pack. This feature is not applicable after 15th November 2020.

Please note, we contact the professional bodies to validate the information and an attempt to misuse this feature will result in barring the delegate from all future Expo events.

Partners (Sponsors and Speakers) – Staff and clients of all our partners and as well as speakers can access the event for free (subject to availability). Please visit our partners and contact us to allow you to share its representative’s details who will get you the special promo codes. Please note you must write using your work email to allow us to validate your employer. If any of the Speakers listed on our site is your colleague or client, please contact him/her for a promo code. These promo codes to be used during online registration process to waive* the charges. Please note there are limited free codes offered to our partners and it will be issued on first come first served basis.

• *Please note waiver is only applicable to registration charges and does not include any add-on’s such as stadium tour and/or Dinner. You can always pay for add on’s i.e., stadium tour and dinner during the registration process.
