What the judges are looking for

A business that has harnessed the power of technologies to build or transform Project Controls within their own, or others, business. It could be a newer one that could only successfully exist and grow in the digital age, or an established one that is using these new technologies to deliver more effectively. Judges will be looking for demonstration of a creative and innovative approach within technology, strong connectivity and interactivity, stakeholder engagement, plus an ongoing and sustained commitment to delivering leading practices. Each of the criteria is scored between 0 (no evidence at all) and 10 (perfect evidence) with each section being weighted accordingly (see %)

What worked and what didn’t on the governance and what influences impacted upon the successful delivery of this creative and innovative approach within technology?
What broad outside organisational factors had an impact and how were they managed?
How does your recent work display creativity and make your business stand out amongst others?
