This year we are pleased to announce that Chief Executive Officer of Defence Equipment and Support (DE&S) and retired Royal Air Force officer, Air Marshal Sir Simon John Bollom, KBE, CB, FREng, has been confirmed as keynote speaker for this year's 9th edition of Project Controls Expo.

Appointed as Companion of the Most Honourable Order of the Bath in 2011, he became a Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering in 2012 and was made a Knight Command in her Majesty the Queen's 2016 New Year's Honours List. At DE&S he is directly responsible to Parliament for the stewardship of DE&S' resources.

Sir Simon Bollom, is a strategic leader and experienced change manager with the expertise to provide innovative and effective solutions in a demanding, competitive and resource limited environment.
