However, despite this momentum, the industry continues to grapple with persistent challenges to delivery, with associated cost overruns, schedule delays, and under-realized benefits remaining the norm rather than the exception. Failure to get on top of these challenges puts at risk more than $1.5 trillion of economic growth by 2030.
