David Birch Programme Controls Manager, Olympic Delivery Authority at CH2M Hill, David Birch has 35 years experience in the delivery of high profile UK and international project portfolios for world leading engineering contractors. Paddy Redding spent 25 years in the British Army, towards the letter end of which he was an information manager in the MoD.
