​The Women in Project Controls initiative by Project Controls Expo Australia, in collaboration with Engineers Australia (EA) and Australian Cost Engineering Society (ACES), is designed to highlight and celebrate the role of women across all sectors of project delivery.​

Through meaningful discussions, mentoring opportunities, and community events, the initiative aims to:​

• Encourage collaboration and peer support across disciplines
• ​Inspire professional and personal growth through shared experiences
• ​Promote diversity, inclusion, and leadership within project controls
