What the judges are looking for

Judges are looking here for the facts behind the organizational and cultural transformation changes, effected by transforming Project Controls, and people that have delivered the greatest benefit to their clients, projects (controls teams and wider) and wider stakeholders including society.

The criteria focus more on the outputs and outcomes of the organizational and cultural transformation change whilst acknowledging the essential role that the Project Controls Management and Techniques have in delivering success.

Each of the criteria is scored between 0 (no evidence at all) and 10 (perfect evidence) with each section being weighted accordingly (see %).

PROJECT CONTROLS MANAGEMENT (30%)

Context: Up to 250 words

  • Describe the background of the Project Controls transformation project and how its need arose.
  • What worked and what didn’t on the governance of the project and how did it influence successful delivery?
  • What broad organizational factors outside of the project had an impact and how were they managed?

  • Describe the results and the benefits for the customer/end user.
