I have been happily married for 29 years to my wife, Nicole, and have a 19-year-old son, Elliot, who is a budding music teacher and currently on a 24-month service mission in Accra, Ghana. Varun Shah as a Lead Project Controls Specialist at Amtrak Capital Delivery works closely with the capital project teams in assisting them with development of LOP (Life of Project) estimates, ETC (Estimate to Complete) and keeps track of actuals of the project which is in execution. Additionally, assisting project managers in their AOP (Annual Operating Plan) submissions for all annual maintenance work need to be performed to maintain the State of Good Repair in Amtrak owned territory.
