Fatimah AlGhanam is a seasoned leader with a unique blend of Consulting and Industry experience. As the leader of Capital Portfolio Performance for Community Services (CS) at Aramco, she leverages her expertise to drive strategic project management, digitalization, and innovation, with a strong focus on Project Control. Prior to joining Aramco in 2019, Fatimah worked six years as a Management Consultant with Accenture, where she developed a strong foundation in project management, risk management, and strategic planning. Throughout her career, Fatimah has had the opportunity to work across various industries, including governmental institutions such as the Ministry of Finance in Riyadh and the Ministry of Emiratization & Human Recourses in UAE, as well as prominent companies in the petrochemical, oil and gas, and telecommunications sectors. This diverse experience has equipped her with a deep understanding of the complexities and challenges faced by different organizations. With a strong educational background in Computer Engineering & Science and a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Risk Management, Fatimah has consistently demonstrated her commitment to excellence. She has attained professional certifications in Project Management, Facility Management, and as a Certified KPI Professional. In her current role as Lead of Capital Portfolio Performance, Fatimah is committed to driving the success of Aramco's Community Services capital portfolio and supporting the overall mission. This is best demonstrated through her leadership in the development of the iCapital Intelligence Hub, which earned her the “Outstanding Woman in Project Controls” award presented at the Advancement of Cost Engineering (AACE) Kingdom of Saudi Arabia & Arabian Gulf section conference in Riyadh 2024. Fatimah will be showcasing the iCapital Intelligence Hub, which enhances project performance and drives efficiency through advanced machine learning algorithms, predictive analytics and forecasting; allowing stakeholders to identify potential project challenges and proactively address issues.
