Chris Taylor, PE, is Schedule Controls Team Leader at Garver with 28+ years in construction and 11 years specializing in preconstruction and construction scheduling for commercial, highway, and roadway projects. Proficient in Primavera, Microsoft Project, SiteManager, and SmartPM, he has extensive DOT experience in Kansas, Arkansas, and Texas. As Assistant Resident Engineer with the Arkansas DOT, he managed statewide projects and maintained schedules for major interstate rehabilitation work. Currently, Taylor leads scheduling for the Kansas DOT’s Eisenhower Legacy Transportation Program (IKE Program), where he established CPM scheduling processes and developed training to improve client understanding of project reporting, CPM terminology, and SmartPM applications. His expertise ensures efficient, data-driven schedule management across complex infrastructure initiatives.

I support project teams to deliver projects on budget and ahead schedule by implementing Project Management, Project Controls, Scheduling, Cost Management, Risk Management, Lean Construction and BIM/VDC best practices. I have experience as Project Manager, Project Controls Manager, Project Planner and BIM/VDC Manager. My experience includes Government, Environmental Remediation, Oil & Gas, Aviation, Manufacturing, Mining & Commercial Projects working on both the Contractor and Owner sides.

Michael Trumper has over 30 years experience developing and delivering project risk management software, consulting, and training solutions to clientele that includes Lockheed Martin, GE Healthcare, National Securities Technologies, NASA, Boeing, Proctor and Gamble, US Military, Canadian Forces, and others. Michael has over 20 years working in software industry as a trainer and technical communicator developing documentation, user assistance systems, training, and software design for economics and risk software. Michael Trumper coauthored books on project decision making Project Decisions: The Art and Science(2007, Management Concepts), Project Think: Why Good Managers Make Bad Decisions (2013, Gower), Project Risk Analysis Made Ridiculously Simple (2017, Word Scientific) and author papers on quantitative methods in project estimation and risk analysis. Michael Trumper holds bachelor’s degree from University of Victoria, British Columbia, Canada.

Karl’s decades of global experience helping customers improve their project controls processes and successfully adopt new software systems make him an effective Chief Customer Officer for Contruent. Karl’s mega-project successes span the globe and multiple industries, including Rail & Ports, Highways, Mining, Commercial Power, and Oil & Gas. Passionate about global business, Karl started his journey at The George Washington University, where he was a Wolcott Fellow while earning an MBA in International Business and an MA in International Trade and Investment. At Contruent, Karl and his team ensure that owner/operators and EPCs are able to achieve their desired business outcomes project after successful project. In his free time, Karl can be found either sailing on the Chesapeake Bay or training for his next triathlon.
