Partners can enter the venue at 0700 hrs on both days (i.e. 18-19 February 2025). Your name badge will be shared with you upon arrival at the venue on Tuesday, 18th February 2025. Please present your registration confirmation email and an ID at the registration desk to receive your badge. Alternatively, you may also log in to the Expo App and confirm your registration.
Important note:All exhibitors are required to give the names of delegates manning the stand at least 10 days in advance.

Jafza One Convention Centre is inside the iconic Jafza One office towers, conveniently located in the heart of Jebel Ali Free Zone (Jafza) and just off Sheikh Zayed Road.
To enter the facility from the E-11, take Exit 17 Mena Jabal Ali St/PJA Port Gate 5, then transition to the left lane and cross the traffic light to reach the venue.
All stands are pre-built for all partners. Any additional set up can be done on 17th February, Monday between 1100 hrs to 1800 hrs, or 18th February Tuesday, between 0700-0730 hrs. Please have a look at the instruction on the logistics document , to have a better understanding on how to set up the stand.
Any couriered materials will be delivered to the respective stands before 1600 hrs on 17th February, Monday

Yes, there is a guideline document on logistics. All exhibitors/partners are required to affix on their consignment that needs shipping and/or collection stating:

All sessions and presentations are recorded and will be made available on Project Controls TV platform after the event, subject to the speaker's permission. We will announce the recording's availability on our website and social media platforms, and it will be accessible to everyone for free.

The QR code scanning option is now integrated within the Project Controls Expo App. ALL our partners and delegates will not only be able to scan and retrieve delegates’ information quickly and easily, but also there will be no charges to procure additional scanners. The collected leads can be emailed to your own account easily within the app. Detailed guideline on how to scan the QR code and download leads is explained under the Data Collection Guideline Via App For Partners.

This year, partners, delegates, speakers would be able to scan the badges of the attendees (with their consent) using the Expo App. The info so collected could be downloaded immediately in an excel format, within the Expo App itself. However, we will be happy to make a couple of announcements via the Project Controls Expo’s platform with notifications to support our partners. Apart from this, we will also be providing an exclusive lounge for our Headline and Platinum partners.

We offer both CEU and PDU for attending the Expo. The Continuing Education Unit (CEU) is a nationally recognized measure of participation in an approved non-credit continuing education program. One Continuing Education Unit (1.0) is defined as: 8 contact hours of participation in an organized continuing education experience under responsible sponsorship, capable direction, and qualified instruction.
The Professional Development Unit (PDU) was established by PMI as the educational metric for project management educational activities. One PDU is earned for each contact hour spent in structured learning, which is relevant to project management. For conversion purposes, one (1) CEU equates to 8 PDUs.
We offer 1 PDU for each hour of attendance of the Expo. So for this Expo event, we offer 8 PDU with no defined split per day. If attending for 2 days, you will get 16 PDU.

There is a maximum of four people on a regular stand. For larger stands please contact us for guidance.
Yes, you are welcome to bring screens, and any equipment that you may want on your stand during the expo, providing they comply with health and safety regulations.
