As the Technical Services Lead at Petroleum Development Oman, Hamza bring over 14 years of extensive experience in Project Controls within the Oil & Gas Industry. Throughout his career, he has spearheaded numerous continuous improvement initiatives spanning Planning & Scheduling, Cost Engineering, Risk Management, Change Management, Projects Reporting, and Project Health Checks.

He have had the privilege of working on multi-billion-dollar projects, which has allowed him to develop a comprehensive understanding of Project Controls across all key phases, from initiation to final handover. HIs expertise lies in providing strategic guidance and implementing best practices to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.

He takes great pride in my ability to lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and driving operational excellence. With a keen eye for detail and a solutions-oriented approach, he have successfully streamlined processes, mitigated risks, and optimized resource allocation, ultimately contributing to the overall success of complex projects.

Leena is an ESG Manager with a passion for embedding sustainability into business operations. As part of the Safety, Health and Environment function, she works to help organisations reduce their environmental footprint, meet compliance goals and drive meaningful change. ​ Outside of work, Leena is a lifelong photography enthusiast and recently dove into the art of film photography and film development. A foodie with a love for travel, she enjoys discovering new cuisines and capturing candid moments that tell authentic stories. Leena also spent years doing CrossFit, earning a Level 1 certification along the way not to coach, but to deepen her understanding of the sport and survive a few burpees!
